I came for very small issue but important one, my license plate had 2 bolts that were stripped I called around all morning to hear prices of 50-75 dollars for just a quick 2 second job… but here comes my savor(not sure how to spell his name correctly so apologies in advance) Malachi solved my issue not only for free, but helped me understand other issues I was having. He definitely needs a raise I highly recommend everyone to drop wasting time at other shops and come here. I felt welcomed to a new place to call home. Thank you so much may god bless.

I've been a loyal customer of A Plus Auto for years and have spent well over $12,000 here on major repairs. The quality of the work has always been good, which is why this recent experience was so disappointing. I dropped my vehicle off on the 26th for a preschedule appointment and didn't hear anything until the 2nd. I was told they had been trying to contact me because the vehicle wouldn't crank and that it "looked like it had been sitting under a tree." I wasn't sure what that comment had to do with the repair, and it came across the wrong way. What frustrated me most was the communication. In the past, I always received a detailed inspection showing what needed immediate attention, what could wait, and what was in good condition. This time, I received none of that. When I told Julian to send me the payment link because I was at work, I never received it. I later discovered it had gone into my iPhone's spam folder. The next message I saw was one saying I'd be charged $40 per day for leaving my vehicle there. That was frustrating because I had already asked for the payment link and simply never received it. I will never come back to this car shop…. First off they took forever to even look at my car. Told them my car bank 2 was reading bad and had an oil leak they said okay, Took up to a week to get back with me. Overcharged me 1,800 to fix a gasket on an oil leak and to put a gasket a fuel injectors over 1k in labor work. Get my car back a whole new code pops up on my car and oil leak still wasn’t fixed… they told me they didn’t have anything to do with none of that and was going to charge 4k to fix the problem… worse car shop I ever went to. Do not take your car to this place

Excellent service. The staff was not only very friendly but also highly professional; they guided me through the entire process of repairing the AC in my Mazda 3. The price was reasonable, and the repairs were completed within the promised timeframe. Highly recommended.

This shop deserve a 9.5 star 🌟 I have a 2018 Jeep Crap-Piss, which the clutch went out, couldn't put it into gear. Ran into to the owner and service advisor Malachi were a great help and great customer service. The shop listed to my issues and consider to listen to my issue. My gladly to say that is a great family ornated shop. No, I have no umbrella relative working at the shop, I mean this is a shop believes in people (OF) the community. Such as have values, leadership, and ownership on what they take pride on what they do. I promise the shop some hot bagel's, an old gratitude by customers when I was coming up as a mechanic in Long Island NY. Oh P.S. the Jeep running great, shift gears smoothly. Thank you so much. I appreciated it helped a Army Veteran out.
